Tibs or Lamb stir fry


500gm of cubed lamb or beef topside

2 table spoons oil

2 table spoons clarified spiced butter

2 large red onions sliced

3 table spoons berbere

2 larger tomato

3 green chili peppers

1 clove of garlic crushed

1 Stoke of rosemary



Heat oil in a large sauce pan or fry pan and add crushed garlic, sliced onions, one tomato and 1 table spoon berbere

When tomato has softened add 500gm of beef or lamb and 1 table spoon of butter

After the meat has cooked add remaining butter green chili peppers, rosemary and tomato

Salt and pepper to taste


Place Injera on a plate and spoon mixture on top of Injera and enjoy
